Where are your products made?

All our products are handmade in our glass factory in North Bohemia, Czech Republic.

What type of glass do you use?

We use sodium-potassium crystal glass with colour additives. We add colours to the furnace pots during the melting process. All colours are solid. Pot colours represent the highest grade of coloured glass.

Do your glass products contain lead?

No. All our glass is lead-free and 100% safe for your health and the environment.

Can I put your glass products into a dishwasher?

Yes. Our glassware is dishwasher safe but the washing programme shall not exceed temperatures of 40°C. We recommend to use fine program with mild detergent. Read more in section About our glass.

How do you pack your items?

We put a great effort into the appearance of our packing, but we care for the environment as well, that's why most of the matterials we use are fully recyclable and all of Anna von Lipa pieces are shipped in eco packinging and delivered in 100% sustainable boxes. 

Can I use different packing?

Yes, if you'd like to use your own type of packaging, please contact us and we'll help you with the process.

Is there any MOV of the order?

Registred customers will see it in the cart option. For more information please contact us directly on our social media or by mail: info@annavonlipa.com

Where do I see the prices?

Non-registered customers aren't able to see the prices, only registred wholesale customers will see them after login. 

Do I need to adhere to your RRPs?

All our products are handmade and we value our brand and quality of the craftsmanship. For this reason we recommend to follow our retail prices, which will be advise in direct contact with us.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all countries. An exeption can be territories with an import ban.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs are caltulated based on the volume and weight of the final delivery. Current shipping costs will be updated from our site and you'll see the final price on the invoice.

How long will it take to get my order? 

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the destination country. You will receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer only.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if it is possible to make adjustments.

What if I do not like what I ordered?

We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you need to return an order, we are here to assist you at info@annavonlipa.com

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact our customer service at info@annavonlipa.com with images of the damaged item, shipping label, and order number and we will assist you with the return and replacement process.
